We recently moved to Vermillion from out of state, and we are so happy that we used Matt Olson as our realtor. We had a very limited amount of time to look for a new house, but he found us several properties that had features we wanted and were within our price range. He took a lot of time to walk us through each property, and answer our questions. He even scheduled a second last-minute walkthrough for us since we wanted to see one house again before we left town. We were able to buy a fixer-upper we loved, and Matt was also very helpful in recommending vendors and repairmen to help us with our first round of renovations, since we didn't really know anyone in town. We would certainly use Matt again, although we hope we don't have to for a very long time. We love our new home!

I recently worked with Matt Olson to purchase our family’s home (in Vermillion) and cannot say enough positive things about our experience with him. Nikki was extremely helpful in helping my family figure out what we needed and wanted in a house. We were a little unsure what all our needs and wants were. She was very patient as we looked at several houses and even took me to look at houses that I had seen for sale on other sites.
