Premier was very helpful and professional. I do know in order to have a nice home and landlords, you need to meet them half way. Complaining about management..but what did you do to fix your problem?

When I reached out to a realtor Kelly McKelvey was the first to contact me and I quickly found it was because she was very very good at what she does. She supported us through the rollercoaster ride of selling and purchasing and she hung on tight when the ride was the rockiest. Seeing her name on phone calls and emails relieved anxiety and we remembered to breath. I cannot thank her enough. The gift that is on my front step from her reminds us of all we have overcome and how much this place means to us. We have a house that we call home and it is all her fault.

Kelly was a fantastic agent on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. She is honest, hard-working, and enjoyable to work with. We got a LOT more for our home than we had hoped for, and the process was very smooth from accepting the offer to negotiations after inspections. When we finally found the one we wanted, Kelly did a great job helping us get the house for a good price (below asking). We highly recommend Kelly. We don't plan on moving again, but if we did, we would go straight to her.

I recently worked with Matt Olson to purchase our family’s home (in Vermillion) and cannot say enough positive things about our experience with him. I have personal knowledge about this real estate company. Jamie Baedke, the owner of Premier was my realtor when I bought a commercial building here in Vermillion a month ago. I haven't dealt with buying commercial property before but I've got to say I had an incredible experience. She and her team know their stuff, she negotiated a great price both parties were extremely satisfied

Direct rent payment was very convenient and repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. Lawn and snow care were in a timely manner and with great quality. We would recommend working with them in the future based on our experience with them! Jami is fantastic and super helpful.

We recently moved to Vermillion from out of state, and we are so happy that we used Matt Olson as our realtor. We had a very limited amount of time to look for a new house, but he found us several properties that had features we wanted and were within our price range. He took a lot of time to walk us through each property, and answer our questions. He even scheduled a second last-minute walkthrough for us since we wanted to see one house again before we left town.
