Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
  • Contact Form Cookies.  When you fill out a contact form and send to us, cookies are set to retain the data in the forms until the form is sent, at which time the cookie is set to deliver a message.  Once you leave that page, the cookies are cleared.
  • Tawk.to Cookies.  Tawk.to uses cookies to help tawk.to identify and track visitors, their usage of tawk.to website, and their website access preferences. tawk.to visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using tawk.to’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of tawk.to’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Who on our Team has Access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators, Brokers, Agents and Managers can access: Customer information like your name, email address, and phone #.

Our team members have access to this information to help support you and provide their services.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Akismet

We collect information about visitors who fill out and send a Contact Us or Agent Form or Property Form. We use a service called Akismet anti-spam service. The information collected may include the submitters IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the submitter such as their name, username, email address, and the message itself).

Other External Services

We also use different external services like Google Webfonts, Google Maps and external Video providers. These providers may collect personal data like your IP address.
  • Google Web Fonts –

    For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

    For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our plugin. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
